Hi, looking to rent my spare room in my flat located in the beautiful area of new Islington. The flat is located on the marina and the views are amazing! My rooms are en-suite and both the rooms are situated opposite sides of the apartment. The room comes furnished and happy if you want to add your own furniture in there. The monthly rent includes the council tax and broadband and my tv subscription. The electricity bills will be divided by two which is dependent on usuage every month.

The building comes with a 24 hour coicerge with shared communal balcony, lobby and another room which hardly get used. It is a nice friendly community vibes.
