Unfortunately on the hunt for a new flatmate as mine is moving home after finishing University. So ideally I am looking for a female who is either an older student or a young professional. A big thing for me is that we get on and have similar interests. I really want to be able to form a friendship and be able to chill together, cook together etc. so someone who is fun, friendly and outgoing is a must.

Would be looking for someone to move in January.

THE APARTMENT:
- Two bed flat on the canal side in Castlefield (Next to The Wharf). It is literally less than a five-minute walk to Deansgate train station and Metrolink.
- Has a large open living space with an island kitchen, wine cooler, TV etc.
- There is one bathroom (shower) and an en-suite (shower and bath) so you would pretty much have your own bathroom.
- Flat is on corner unit so is East facing off the living room and south facing on the second bedroom (lots of light in that room).
- The building is just a small block of 24 units and 3 floors - the flat is on the second floor. 



YOUR ROOM:

The room available is the smaller double bedroom with floor to ceiling windows that lead onto the balcony. The room consists of a small double ottoman bed, side tables and a fitted wardrobe.



BILLS:

Bills will be split 50/50 between the both of us which will be for electric, water & broadband (about £90 a month depending on usage). Council Tax is down to you as I am exempt (student) this is about £200 a month. 



ME:

I am currently finishing my final year at MMU studying Fashion Promotion. I am creative and would like someone who is as well, photography, styling, marketing etc. I am quite social and like going out for food, drinks etc. but do like my down time, being clean and tidy is a non-negotiable for me.
