Me and my flatmate are looking to fill our spare room by the end of November latest.

Our flat is lovely, modern, and really spacious which is rare for most Manchester apartments. We have a big open plan kitchen and living area with x2 large sofas and a 55" TV, EE TV with Netflix, Now TV, Disney Plus, PlayStation and Wii. Our living room has a gorgeous view of the Park as well as city views, which looks unreal at night time. The spare bedroom is a furnished double bedroom with a TV stand, large built in wardrobes + a TV if you'd like to use it (if you don't want anything in there we can take it out). X2 Modern bathrooms with tonnes of storage (1 is a walk in shower and 1 is a shower/bath).
Other ammenities: Gym, Concierge, Communal working from home area which you can book out for social events, large communal balcony, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron, airfryer, all kitchen equipment you need, fully furnished so all you need is your personal belongings.

I am (25 gay male) and my flatmate is (26 female). We are both working professionals but still like to enjoy our selves on a weekend and evenings. It would be nice to have someone who we can get along with us and even join us on nights out/festivals/holidays/christmas markets etc. although we are both understanding and don't mind if someone likes to do their own thing too. This will be your flat as much as it is ours.
In the evenings we like to cook for each other, watch TV and socialise. We are clean, tidy and respectful.
