Hi!

Room available to rent in spacious flat next to Kelvingrove art gallery. I'm a live in landlord and I'm looking for a flatmate to fill the other room.

The location has great transport links, with kelvinhall subway and exhibition centre train station both a short walk away. Locally its situated close to kelvingrove, Byres Road and the Finnieston strip. There is a tesco and sainburys both very nearby and a Morrisons and Lidl a bit further a walk.

I work 9-5 Mon-Fri so ideally I'd be looking for someone with a similar schedule, but happy to live with anyone who's respectful about noise late on a weeknight.

Other bills would be council tax (band c), utilities and broadband. In total these would cost just under £110 a month.

Students are welcome but I would need them to contribute to the discounted council tax so my cost is the same- so total bills around £75.

Im also in the process of getting a cleaner to go over the common areas fortnightly. The cost for this will be covered by your rent, nothing additional.

I'm vegan, absolutely not fussed what anyone else eats but just for info if you're veggie/vegan and looking for a meat-free household.

Flexible on the max lease term, just that I'm planning to refurb the bathroom early next year so there would be disruption for a week or so around that time.

Please note also, in the spring there was a problem with clothes moths in the building, while I think this is now dealt with and my stuff has been unaffected, if you have a lot of wool clothing/ items this might not be the best place for you.
