Hello,

I have a room to rent in the west end.

The room is very spacious with a king size bed and plenty of wardrobe space.

Price includes: gas, electricity, wi-fi, contents insurance and council tax.

The flat is shared with myself (female) and the flat is owned by my family. I'm a young professional working in the city centre and am an easy going and sociable person. I like to keep fit and go to the gym, see family and friends and go out in the west end.

The room looks onto Queen Margaret Drive located on the 1st floor, therefore there is a little bit of traffic noise which may disrupt very light sleepers.

As you can see there is also a little boy cat that lives here.
