Our flat mate just moved out and we have a double room available in a city center flat. It's a good sized room with a double bed, big walk in wardrobe and enough spare space.
The room is fully furnished. This includes a bed and mattress, 2 bedside tables and a bookshelf unit. Please note that some of the items present in the pictures will not be included (Our flatmate was still in the process of moving out when they were taken)

The flat is in a great location, Garnethill/Cowcaddens, which makes it very handy for both city center and West end.
Supermarkets and subway station are a 5min walk, 10/15 min walk to Queen St station and Central station.
Also shops, cafes, bars are all within very close proximity.
The flat is equipped with washing machine, microwave, fridge / freezer.

The rent is £420 per month no bills included. All bills will be shared. Council tax, broadband, gas, electricity bills are around £100 per person per month. Deposit is £420.

A few things about us. We are two, young professionals, Nicole and Andreas, easy going people, clean and tidy, respecting the others privacy.
We enjoy going to concerts, going out for a few drinks or food, listening to music, watching movies and series, cooking from time to time.
We are looking for easy going flat mate, preferably professional or student if you are willing to contribute on the council tax.
