I have a furnished room available in a furnished flat, from 20th july . Rent £400 per room per month including bills (electricity and council tax).
The flat is on Buccleuch street , three minutes walk from main sauchiehall street , about 6 minutes walk from Buchanan street , 10 minutes walk to caledonian university and 15 minutes walk to strathclyde university.
Flat location is ideal , xercise for less gym is just around the corner with all the shops and malls in walking distance too. Cowcaddens subways is also just across the road . Glasgow Art school is right at the back of the flat.
Flat is built on two floors . Two rooms upstairs and i personally stay in the single down stairs room .
I work in a law firm and only come for sleep at night .
A two month rent in advance will be requested , that is , £400+£400= £800 total .
First come first serve .
I am a 31 years old male, working in a law firm and have a small business (retail shop) on nearby sauchiehall street .
