Hi guys,

My flat mate and I are looking to find one more person to move into a 3 bed flat on Bank Street (West End). The location is very close to Uni, with Great Western Road a minute away.

A reference will be required for the landlord who would like to ensure rent is paid on time but apart from that they are really kind and very easy to get along with.

My flat mate is going into final year as a Medic. I have just graduated and will be working for the university We are looking for another student to live with for council tax purposes. If you have recently graduated and are happy to pay council tax in full, that is also okay.. We're both quite sociable and do enjoy having friends over but within reason and are very understanding of deadlines and exams. We are both involved in Uni clubs and both enjoy a very chill night in as well.

Most importantly we're both very clean. We're not too pedantic and nit picky but we are both clean and would appreciate it if our new flatmate would be the same.

Ideally looking for students of a similar age / postgrad, purely because we've done the going out to HIVE and looking for a more adult social life. We're both on council for student activities so will be going out a fair bit but not anywhere near as much as our undergrads.
