This is an advert for a double room that is available to rent in my bright and spacious flat located in Glasgow, Finnieston for £485 pcm (inc. council tax of £85 pp).

The flats location is one of the best things about it as it is right in between the West End of Glasgow and the City Centre - with walking times being 5-10 mins and 20-25 mins respectively. The area the flat is situated in itself (Finnieston) is also a very nice area with lots of local bars, restaurants, etc. and being right next to Kelvingrove Park is also a big bonus.

The flat itself is very bright and spacious which includes 2 bedrooms, very new and modern kitchen, clean bathroom, comfortable and cosy living room with access to netflix, skygo, amazon prime etc. and there is also 2 good sized storage cupboards which you will have access to! The bedroom you will be in will be getting some new furniture over the next month but at least will include the bed and mattress, bedding (duvets and pillows etc), a chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a good sized desk - which can be removed if you would like the extra space. Other bills not included in the price are broadband (£15 pp per month) and gas and electricity (£20 pp per month)

About myself - I am young professional in my early 20's just about to start a graduate programme in Glasgow City Centre. When I'm not working I enjoy going out, going to the gym, meeting with friends and travelling. I'm very easy going and sociable yet respectful of others privacy. Generally the flat is kept very clean (however I'm not OCD). Hopefully you will also be someone who is friendly and sociable ! (and clean-ish).
