Hello! I’m looking to rent out a double room in a two bedroom flat that I own. You’d be sharing with me, a 27 year old Assistant Producer working in the television industry. I currently have a lodger in my spare room but she is due to leave at the end of January. I'll be looking to rent the room on an initial 1 month contract but ideally for 3 months in total.

The bedroom is really nice and is in a modern, fully furnished flat right next to Glasgow Green with available parking. It is approx 15 mins walk into the city centre. Easy walking distance to Strathclyde University (15 mins), has great transport links and there is a superb sports centre, gym and swimming pool a few minutes walk away.

I’m looking to rent it out from around the 1st of February for £550pcm inclusive of ALL bills. (WiFi, gas, electric, council tax, all included)
