Looking for someone to take on my tenancy at collegelands Glasgow. It’s a private student accommodation complex located on high street close to Glasgow city centre (approx. 10mins). The complex is also 5 minutes from Strathclyde university or 2 minutes from Aldi, so perfect for students at Strathclyde or someone studying in Glasgow who would prefer to stay close to the centre. The building itself also has a spar within its walls and an on-site gym, cinema, study, laundry services and social areas.

The room being advertised is a bronze en-suite plus which comes with an en suite, a double bed, a large desk, and storage space as well as a large kitchen/living area shared amongst 4 others. The rooms are also due to be refurbished for the term beginning in September. The tenancy would be for 44 weeks and would be £124 a week with a £150 deposit required to be paid by whoever takes on the tenancy.
The start date is 7 Sept 2019 - 11 July 2020
