Hi guys,

Looking for someone that would possibly like to move into a 2 bedroom, top level flat I am renting in toryglen, the southside of Glasgow. I am currently about to enter my final year of university and would ideally like for someone to share my flat with me until at least the end of June. The flat is a new building in a very quiet, residential area with plenty of local amenities and bus routes directly into the town centre.

The flat is furnished with all of my own possessions, however the spare room is currently empty (if I get someone to move in, I would be buying a bed and a wardrobe or a set of drawers for it). Please see pictures attached.

I am ideally looking for someone who is quite bubbly, not shy, non smoking, who is clean and respectful of their living space- i never have parties in my flat.

The price includes everything- half of the rent, electric bill and the internet bill.
