Hi there!

I am looking for a lovely person to takeover my lease whilst I am on sabbatical from 22nd December – 4th of April 2020 (I can offer some flexibility with the dates).

My current flatmate is a friendly and sociable young professional who works as an acoustic engineer in the city centre. He loves hillwalking and has recently refurbished a van which he often takes up North for hiking trips! If you also love Jazz, Drum and Bass, House and Techno then I’m sure you’d get on well with him. He speaks French, Spanish and Russian so if you speak any of those languages that would be a bonus!

The flat is fully furnished with TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer and everything else you would need! There is also parking included with the flat.

The cost of the flat per month is £550 (all bills included).
