Heya,
We're two 20 year old students at GSA and GU studying fashion design, film and art history looking for a new flatmate to move in December time into our crack home. We often borrow the projector from upstairs to have movie nights and are both quite into going out and have parties and afters occasionally so our flat can be lively at times at the weekend but on the whole is a really relaxed place to live. <3

This is really cute flat in woodlands - West End. A 10 minute walk from Glasgow school of Art and 15 minutes from Glasgow Uni. The Flat itself is really spacious with really high ceilings and large windows and the rent is great value for the location. There's also a large shared garden with bonfire pit, seating area and allotment patch with the community garden less than a minute up the road. Your room faces north so gets the sun in the morning and a golden reflection from the buildings opposite in the evenings. The bed is on a mezzanine with a perk of being really cosy and warm at night as its closer to the ceiling. The Living room doubles up as a bedroom however this is first and foremost a communal area so you are always welcome to use the space whenever and however you like. There's a large hallway with a sofa and bookshelf with a storage room attached as well. The kitchen is really bright and south facing so gets the sun all day but is especially nice with the sun streaming in in the mornings.
There's a really nice community in the whole building, we have the best neighbors and you'll definitely make some amazing new friends. We also have two pet rats called Dizz and Napkin who are the sweetest creatures alive and can provide some much needed therapy if you are ever feeling down or lonely.

Rent is £320 a month with £10 extra for Wi-Fi a month and electricity is on a meter which we top up as and when it runs out but comes to about £25 each a month. The flat is old with some quirks you'll learn to work around and won't suit everyone but has so much character and without getting soppy, we are both completely in love with it and if you like it as much as we do then you'll be a perfect new flatmate.
