I am an Irish student going into my final year of my masters degree in architecture with the University of Strathclyde and my boyfriend is from Spain. We are quiet, easy going and friendly people who love listening to music and going to the cinema or watching movies/series but above all we love nature and being outdoors. We are both non-smokers.

The room is currently occupied and will be available from the 7th of December. We would appreciate a friendly individual who is respectful and tidy to share our humble abode with. Ideally we are looking for a student to occupy the flat as we are nonprofessionals and not paying council tax but, we are open to other offers. Non-smokers only.

The flat is fully furnished and is located in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with a nearby Aldi, Co-op, sport centre and the city centre is about a 15 minute walk away. The living combined dining room has a balcony provided with a set of table and chairs that overlooks the Gorbals Rose Garden. The kitchen is fitted with a fridge, cooker with gas hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle along with all essential cooking utensils. We are plant lovers so greenery is dotted throughout the apartment.

The available bedroom has a queen size double bed. There is plenty of wardrobe storage space.

We have built a good relationship with our landlords and we regularly keep in contact.
