Primarily searching for a female student flatmate. A single room with a balcony facing the Clyde. You’d have access to a bathroom (has a bath and electric shower) shared by you and 2 others, the living room which also has a balcony and the kitchen. The flat is situated right next to the Springfield quay and is between a few subway stations being around a 10 minute walk to each (bridge street, st Enoch, west street). It is also in a very easy walking distance to central station. Looking for a student to move in who is friendly. Room was taken but because of covid has become available once again.

Currently at the flat are 3 female students between the ages 18-20, everyone is chatty and friendly and always down for a laugh or quiet movie night, however, especially once work and uni starts up again, everyone also respects each other’s time and need for space (not inviting lots of people over without notice and not making noise too late).
