I have a double room available for rent in Gorbals. The property itself is a 2 bedroom flat with a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. I'm looking for a flatmate who is easy-going, respectful, and clean.

The flat is located in an excellent location and a nice friendly neighborhood. Very beautiful and spacious high ceiling flat with large dining kitchen and big windows in the living room. 10 minutes away from Glasgow Green, 15-20 from merchant city, and 1 minute from COOP in Crown St on foot.

£450-470 per month and includes all bills, tax, and the internet. (no additional costs, lower values during summer but total cost no less than 440). If you are a student/PHD, the total cost will be 20 less as we will get a discount for the council tax.
