Hi hi. I am a student at Strathclyde uni and I have a spare single room in my flat in Townhead. We are 2 mins from the city centre, Strathclyde and Caledonia unis and Queen Street train station.
The flat is well furnished an equiped with all the necessities such as washing machine, kitchen appliances and utensils, shower and TV. There is also a relatively big shared living room.
The spare room has a single bed, desk, shelves and wardrobe and is west facing.
The bills are not included as they depend on our monthly consumption, but they are usually less than £50.
My other flatmate is doing his year placement with the BBC and is a Audio engineering student. I am about to start my 5th year of Mechanical Engineering with International Studies.
We are both very into music and would like a roomate who appreciates that. I am also into sports and hiking. Ideally the roomate would be easy going and with similar interests.
