Hi!
We're looking for our fourth flatmate in a beautiful, light-filled, spacious West End flat.
The empty room is an ensuite with the (big, so lots of light) windows facing towards the back of the building, so it's more quiet. The flat is two stories and the empty room is situated downstairs (two out of the other three rooms are also on that floor). The shared living room and kitchen are upstairs (plus another en-suite room). We have three full-length French windows in the shared space, with a direct view toward Kelvingrove Art Gallery. Two Tescos and one Sainsbury at less than 10 minutes walking distance. City centre and Lidl are a 15 minute walk away. Bills are normally around 30-40 GBP/month, depending on energy usage. Wifi is included in that price and is 8.75pm.
All three of us are students (two in their last year and working on their dissertation) one doing her PhD. There's a mix of interests from cooking, to painting, music, flat cocktail nights and dinners, and loads more.
We enjoy a good time, but as we are in our last years, we also enjoy our hussle and work time, so we'd love somebody on that wavelength who is also tidy.
