Hi There,
I have a lovely double room available in a flat in the West End of Glasgow. The location is great, with the city centre only a 25 minute walk away and lots of shops/ restaurants nearby.

The tenant would have their own bathroom/shower, with a communal kitchen/livingroom space.

Rent would be 370 per month. The house has electric heating. The bill is 60 pounds per month direct debit but this would increase a good bit in the winter and equal out in the summer. Broadband is 20 pounds per month. So in the summer rent and bills would equate to 410 per month (with electric being the only varying thing).

Ideally I'd be looking for another student for council tax reasons.

A bit about me: I'm a PhD student at the University of Glasgow currently doing arthritis research. I like to socialise by going for a drink/going to a gig (so you can tell my social life is at its peak just now). I would ideally like to find a housemate that is up for hanging out/chatting in the evenings but also appreciates the need for down time too.
