Hi!
There's a room available in a beautiful, 2 bedroom flat in town, very close to central station. The flat is on the 10th floor (with a lift! hehe) so it has a bright living room with amazing views and an open lounge modern kitchen with a washing machine and dish washer. It also has a recently redone bathroom and a lot of storage. The rent is 850 a month, and the lease starts in in the next couple weeks but looking for a flatmate ASAP. Secure parking is also available within the building for 50 a month!
I'm a 22 year old, about to start my postgrad. Would love to have a flatmate I consider a friend, and I'm very chatty, easy going, tidy but also really respectful! Would love to make our flat very home-y and welcoming!
