Hello,

My current flatmate is leaving as she's finished her degree, and I am looking for a mature, tidy flatmate to move in this month.

The room available is the larger bedroom in the flat and has it's own attached bath (my bath is separate). There is a shared living room/dining room and cosy kitchen which is functional for two people.

I am a product design engineering masters student finishing my final project over the summer, so I will be mainly working in the flat (either in my room or the shared living room). In my spare time I enjoy running, cycling, and cooking.

I'm mix of laid back and responsible, so I don't mind the occasional mess, but do try to keep the common spaces in the flat clean.

Ideally you have the same (or even tidier) approach to cleanliness, are sociable, responsible, and don't mind living with 2 bikes in the flat

Students and professionals welcome, however professionals will be responsible for their own council tax fees.
