Hi,

My flatmate is moving back to her home country on 15th August, so I'm looking for a new person to share this flat with.

The flat is located just 5-10 minutes from the City Centre and about 10-20 mins from the Kelvinbridge/Hillhead area. There's a decent sized kitchen with plenty of storage and two fridges, so one for each of us.. There's a shared living room which gets plenty of natural light. The bedroom included in the photos would be yours, again it gets plenty of natural light and it even has a small walk-in closet (it's more like a stand in closet because it is pretty small). There's also a Lidl about 5 minutes away by foot.

I work part time, typically weekends only and sometimes extra shifts during the week. When not working I'm usually watching something on my laptop, reading, exercising, or cooking. I'm pretty easygoing and friendly, and I keep the shared areas tidy. Looking for someone who is the same. It'd be nice to have a flatmate that I can hang out with and be friends with. But like everybody else, I also like to be alone sometimes.

The rent is £325 per month

Internet is £18.50
Electric varies, usually £20-25 each a month
There's gas central heating which we never use, only rarely in the winter
All in around £440 a month

Happy to share with students or professionals, I've lived in a few flat shares over the years with people from many different backgrounds. As long as you are a decent, friendly person then everything else is irrelevant to me tbh.

But if you are looking for somewhere to throw flat parties all the time, then this wouldn't be the place for you, sorry.
