I have a 2-bed luxury south-facing flat in Glasgow (3 mins walk from St Enoch Square, Buchanan St & Argyle St).
I'm looking for any of the following to move in for at least 1 year, preferably longer:
1 - A professional couple (i. e. partners)
2 - Two postgrad/phd students
3 - Two full-time professionals
People on the quieter and tidier end of the spectrum would be great.
The current tenants (a nurse and a dentist) are moving out in August so aiming for the beginning of September.
The place has quite a high-end vibe and I'd absolutely need you to keep it that way. Full kitchen (all mod cons - also brand new washing machine), lounge, dining area, mezzanine study/office space and hall. High speed Virgin Media internet, Philips Hue lighting, Alexa etc. Both the en-suite and main bathroom have power showers and the larger has a jacuzzi bath.
There is a south-facing balcony, lift, secure intercom and 1 private/secure parking spot.
1st bedroom - larger, with an en-suite bathroom, desk and 1 triple and 1 double wardrobe
2nd bedroom - bit smaller, no en-suite. Ideal as an office or for guests, with desk and 1 triple wardrobe.
Bills are included in the rent - £35 Virgin Media and £100 Power.
Council tax is additional - being a G1 postcode it's on quite a high bracket (£242 for 2 people) but it's worth it to be so central!
** I'll cover the £150pm factoring fees - yay! **
Please no smokers, no pets, no parties, no subletting (this includes subletting on Airbnb, which is banned in Glasgow in flats with a common entrance).
I am a registered landlord and would need you to sign a tenancy agreement.
