Hi! My name’s Holly and I’m looking for a female flatmate to to move in from now until summer.

The flat is in a great location on Hillfoot Street in Dennistoun, roughly a 25 minute walk from the centre of Glasgow, 5 minutes from Bellgrove train station and 5 minutes from Lidl. It’s also surrounded by lots of lovely cafes and shops - an ideal location for students.

The flat itself is fully furnished and includes a spacious living room, 2 double bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and large cupboard space. The available bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, desk and chair.

A bit about me: I’m currently in 3rd year at Strathclyde university, studying business. I’d say i’m a fairly quiet and easygoing person. Love going charity shopping, going out for coffee or for drinks but also like to stay in and chill. I like to keep the flat fairly tidy and clean it pretty regularly but i’m not too fussy. As long as you feel comfortable I don’t mind :)

A bit about the other flatmate - my cat Beans: he’s an indoor cat and can be quite playful and energetic, however he’s also very affectionate and loves getting attention and cuddles. I’ll take full responsibility of his food, water, litter etc. He’s a very sociable cat so I’m sure he will quickly warm to up to anyone.

I’m looking for someone who can move in asap and will stay for the rest of the uni year - until around July/August time. I’d love to make a new friend and someone I can spend time with but also someone who appreciates time alone.
