We are looking for a professional to move into our lovely four bedroom flat, located just off Great Western Road.
The flat is located on a quiet street with lots of nice cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops within a couple minutes walk. And the botanic gardens are also just around the corner.
We have a huge shared sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, large hallway, and 2 bathrooms! And lots of storage. There's also room to store large items like kayaks and bikes down in the basement.
The bedroom room is the largest in the flat (it's a pretty huge). It's got lovely big windows, high ceilings and wooden floors. It's fully furnished with a king size bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk/chair, washing basket and Persian style rug. (Furniture can be taken out if needed.
We are looking for someone who is easy going, nice, friendly, respectful & clean/tidy. It's a very homey flat and we take care of it. (Sorry, strictly no students or couples or pets.)
Private landlord.
Rent is £500 + Council tax (which is about £45). The rest of the bills (gas/electric, bt/broadband & tv) equal out at £50-60ish per month.
