Double room available in a 2-bedroom flat in Glasgow City Center (125 Bell Street).
I am a worker (postdoctoral researcher) looking for a new flatmate, preferably a worker as well, or a PhD student. The spare double room is available from the 19th of November, and the end of the contract is flexible.

The flat is furnished and well-equipped, with modern electric heating, washing machine, dryer, etc. There is a small office available that I don't use (see pictures). I also travel a lot, so the flat will often be all yours.

The rent is £420 + additional bills (electricity based on consumption, broadband internet) and council tax (in case your are a working professional; otherwise I pay it).
