I am looking to pass over my tenancy at Buchanan view in Glasgow due to personal circumstances. The end of the tenancy is 11/07/20 however there is a possibility of extending this. Rent is £119/pw and all bills are included in the price. I will also be including the first month rent free.

You will have an en-suite room with your own bathroom, ¾ bed, study desk with storage space, wardrobe and under bed storage. There is a communal lounge on the ground floor with a pool table and couches for socialising with other flat mates.

You will be sharing with 4 other girls who are all very nice and easy to get along with. This student accommodation is a 5 minute walk to Glasgow Caledonian university, 15 minutes walk to Strathclyde university and also 15 minutes walk to city of Glasgow college. It is a short distance to the city centre withs lots of shops, restaurants and bars/nightclubs.
