I have 2 spacious bedrooms available for rent from now within a 4 bedroom shared flat in Derby Street, Glasgow.

The flat is a HMO licensed flat and currently has 1 Lithuanian male student and 1 male student from Vietnam.

The flat is on the 3rd floor of the building and has a bathroom and large kitchen. The flat does not come with a shared living room. But hey who needs living rooms these days. The current students are friendly.

The flat is situated about 5 mins walk from the local Kelvingrove Park and is is about 10 mins walking distance to Glasgow University.

You also have plenty of local shops near by and also great public transport to go into town or other parts of the city. This flat is in the trendy Finnieston area of Glasgow.

The the rent also includes the bills, apart from council tax. If your a student you will have to apply for council tax exemption.

The flat does have broadband installed. The flat is one of the old tenanment style buildings with nice high ceilings and spacious rooms.

I have provided some photos. The rooms comes with the bed and furniture shown in the photos. The 2nd room also comes with an additional room for storage. Any other furniture requirements you may have can be looked at being provided.

The flat has a shared washing machine, 2 fridge freezer and oven and cooker. The flat also has gas central heating.

The whole building is managed by a factor which is Yorkhill Housing Association. The building main door has a secured buzzer door entry system.
