Hello,

I am a female in my late 30s with a spare room to let on a short term - 2 to 12 weeks - basis.

***Important info up front: this is a short term let (from 2 up to 12 weeks and is NOT available until 1st June 2024) ***

The room is available to rent for two weeks or up to twelve weeks at the most. The price is £115 per week and includes all bills and WiFi. I am not looking for a permanent flatmate. This would perhaps suit someone temporarily staying in Glasgow, visiting for study or in-between homes.

The room comes with fresh bedding and furnished as in picture with built in wardrobes, small drawers and a beside table with lamp.

The flat has a bright and large combined lounge, dining and kitchen area. The bathroom has a shower and bath.

I work from home sometimes but I am also often out of the flat at the office, in meetings or socialising.

I am laidback and easy going. While I am not looking for a permanent flatmate, anyone staying will be welcomed warmly to my home and it would be nice to get to know you over a cuppa or glass of wine :)
