I'm looking for someone to flat share with starting in September. I already have this flat sorted so you'd be sharing the flat with me I'm looking for someone else to take up the other room. It is a double room in a 2 bed flat, just 3 minutes walk from Strathclyde University, so it's very central and the rent for you would be £415 per month. It's available from 31st August/1st September (possibly a few months earlier) for the whole year and possibly longer.
As for me your flatmate I'm doing my post graduate in architecture at Strathclyde. As a person I am pretty easy going and tidy, A few things I like are football, comedy and of course architecture, please let me know if you would be interested and I can give you more details about it and put you in touch with the landlord.
