I have a lovely flat with a double room for rent, with use of a private balcony, in a great location. Also happy to offer furnished or unfurnished.

Excellent transport links and lots of great restaurants, bars and shops on the doorstep. Very close to the beautiful Bute Park, which is one of my favourite places all year round.

The flat itself is light and airy, with high ceilings and lots of lovely original features. There is a large bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a separate lounge.

The other flat mate is very lovely and would be a great person to live with. Some details about her below:

“ I’m Simi, the current tenant at this lovely flat. I’m starting a new job in Cardiff and this place is perfect as it is close to the train station.
