Due to personal circumstances, I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy from January 2020.

Would like a female student to join the house. You would be living with three other friendly and sociable girls, all in their third year at Cardiff University. Agents do require proof of student status.

The house is really cosy and clean. All of the girls enjoy being sociable but also do like to get on with work.

Rent is £330 (per person) a month, bills are not included. We've already sorted out the TV license :)

The property is managed by the agents, who are extremely friendly and very quick to help. Would need to pay the deposit.
