The Room:
The available room is a light and airy ground floor room with a double bed. A wardrobe, bookcase, chest of drawers desk and chair are provided, perfect for working from home.

The Property:
The house is on Blackweir Terrace and comprises of a lounge, laundry room with washer and dryer, a modern shower room with toilet, a separate toilet, modern kitchen with dishwasher and fan oven. The kitchen should already have everything you need, I provide a lot of communal kitchen items such as mugs, plates, pans, knives & forks etc. Also, two kitchen cupboards will be provided for your use. There is on road parking for permit holders. There is a garden with a small lawn and space where we grow vegetables, in the summer we sometimes set up a paddling pool and have a few beers!

The rent is £475pcm, this includes all bills (Water, Gas, Electric, Internet, Council Tax) also included is a Netflix and Disney+ subscription, you will have access to your own profile so you can easily log in and watch shows on the TV in the lounge or in your room. Additionally I purchase some basic amenities for the house such as dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, toilet roll, bleach, bathroom cleaner, sponges, cloths, paper towel, tea, coffee and sugar, etc.

As a live in landlord I will be onsite to carry out any repairs needed (change light bulbs etc). If you have any problems I will be there to help out and maintenance is carried out regularly.

The Tenants:
My partner and I currently live in the house we are both full time professionals with day time rolls. We are friendly and enjoy spending time with others, if you are interested, we occasionally do film/game nights and house dinners or a takeaway of a weekend.
