Hello there lovely people!

I have a new, freshly decorated house in the city centre with hotel-style rooms available immediately for workers to let on a week on week OR long term basis if needed. Just trying to make ends meet so any stays welcome this month!

There is a good sized garden and free roadside parking (at own risk of course!) and it is literally 10 mins easy walk to Cardiff city centre, Central station, the BBC and the stadiums (they are all just on the next road, a little bit further down!), and only 15 mins walk to Cardiff castle and St Davids shopping centre. You have a private lounge space and 'kitchenette' set up but can also access the kitchen and shared living room. If you wish to stay as separate as possible the room has lots of facilities to help - see below:

I am now doing normal short and long term lettings, but previously ran my house as a mini hotel/AirBNB so I have stocked the rooms with all the little luxuries like a hotel would. There is a silent fridge, microwave and kitchen crockery in each room, tea and coffee making facilities, irons, hairdryers, usb chargers, bedside lamps and memory foam mattress toppers all round!

Currently there are two professionals staying in the other two rooms on a weekly basis while we're all on lockdown. I am looking for working professionals who are friendly, and kind and semi-clean to share my home with them (and eventually me instead, when it all gets back to normal!).

The price listed includes absolutely all bills and is for the massive double room shown, with its own kitchen appliances and sofa area. There are two other rooms as mentioned above so it will be maximum of 3 people in the house in total.

It is a weekly let if you want it, but if needed you are also more than welcome to book it month by month, although be aware I'm playing it all by ear at the moment throughout this crazy period of time is over (if anything changes it will be with notice if course... but if it works, it works!) This is all about having someone relaxed, friendly and respectful to share my home with - everything else we can work out!

I'm happy to chat if I'm around, or leave you to your own devices. The house will be relatively quiet on working days as I stay away at present in the week (having swapped with the other guys) but I am always available for a helping hand if needed xx

PLEASE NOTE: while you are welcome to treat the house as your own home, the property will still be run financially like a hotel would so you need to book and pay in advance for each week. Rooms will be available to book for others for any weeks you have not paid for yet and you will need to leave if someone else books the next week(s) before you (as with a hotel). items cannot be left there if you leave the property unpaid for at anytime and will be removed. Please no DSS, unemployed, pets or smokers. Property is strictly non smoking due to asthmatic resident, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund if found smoking on the premises. You will be expected to pay for any length of time in the property in advance or you will need to leave. Parking and staying is at own risk and no liability will be taken for people, their property or their cars or falling ill or being injured. Friendly people only! :) any questions give me a bell! X
