Due to a change in circumstances, one of our housemates is moving out and so we're looking for someone to move in with us. You would be living with three girls plus one lovely cat.

The house is close to multiple bus routes, within walking distance of Cardiff's main campus, Heath campus and Cardiff Met. It's also right next to a sainsburys local which is insanely handy. The house has:
• A lovely big kitchen with lots of storage, a mahoosive fridge and a dining table, plus a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer
• A cosy living room with lots of sofa space and a TV with netflix/prime etc.
• Two shower rooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) one of which has an electric shower so no running out of hot water (yay!)
• A nice little garden with decking, which just needs some nice weather so it can be enjoyed!

The rooms is a good sized single and is right at the back of the house with a nice outlook over ours and the neighbour's gardens. Will have a single bed, built in wardrobe, desk and a bookcase if you want it.

About us: 3 girls age 22-26, all doing various courses. We're looking for someone of a similar age, ideally female but open to anyone of any gender (provided you put the toilet seat down after). Must like cats, have a sense of cleanliness and be looking to move within the next few weeks. Contract is til mid september. Rent is £280 + bills which are about £46 so £326 a month which is an absolute steal considering the house is so nice and in such a good location.
