Hi, We have a comfortable flat with small lounge and kitchen area and private bathroom. Ideal for professionals such as accountants, engineers, doctors, nurses, etc., as well as contractors and people visiting the area for a short time. No minimum stay – you can stay from one night to several months, but you must have a permanent address elsewhere and be able to show proof of this. Companies welcome to enquire and book. The house is quiet for sleeping during the day if you are on night shifts.
No smoking allowed in the house. High-speed WIFI, all bills, bed linen if needed, and weekly cleaning included. Possibility to leave a large suitcase in a secure area over the weekend.
Parking is on-street, current/previous guests have had no problems parking near to the house. No parking permits/charges are required.
Also available Sun to Friday (check out Friday morning) at 5/7 of the weekly price.
