Current tenant looking for a flatmate for this academic year (6 month minimum contract). Available to move in within short notice.

Room is partially furnished with double bed frame*, wardrobe and beside table.

The 1st floor/attic conversion flat has an unconventional layout and lots of useable space. Bedrooms & bathroom (with bath & washing machine) downstairs and an open plan kitchen/living room upstairs.

A BIT ABOUT ME:
I'm a helpful, friendly, slightly eccentric final year music student (jazz RWCMD). Would love to share company in a homely environment.
My routine is flexible (arts life!) and spontaneous activities will be about (I have a projector, video games, art supplies etc), but I'm considerate and respectful.

GOOD AREA:
It's in a lovely part of Cardiff, at the transition between student/residential areas- a short walk from University, Roath and Bute park and close to all amenities, including many charity shops.

Rent is £350 Excl. bills.
Available to move in immediately.

Female students preferred but negotiable. LGBTQ friendly. Bonus lovely neighbours downstairs and next door!
