Looking for someone to take over my tenancy from now till the end of June asap!

Location: Richards Street, Cathays
Price PCM: £380 including bills

Living with 2 girls and 6 boys currently.
Batchelors and PHD students studying at Cardiff met and Cardiff uni.

The room includes:
• A three quarter bed
• Large in wall wardrobe - 3 large shelves and a long rail to hang clothes.
• Desk and Chair
• On wall shelf
• A window with access to the roof, its a massive area that's great to chill on in the hot months!

The house includes:
• 3 floors with a bath/shower and toilet on each floor.
• A large open plan living room and kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 ovens and 2 large sinks.
• Outside sitting area around front and back of house.
• A large outhouse connected to a back alleyway for easy bike storage and a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Rent cannot be split between two people as it's a room for one.

For any non students, the council tax is approx £120 extra per month with discount
