Currently looking for someone to replace me in my one bedroom flat, only moving as I will be moving in with my partner on 3rd April - your moving-in date can be flexible but ideally 1st May.
Tenancy is until 30/06/2021 but can be renewed, currently for one individual but I can enquire if couples are allowed if need be.

Really nice, spacious and airy with lovely neighbours, very modern look and feel and fantastic location. Laminate flooring throughout, combi boiler for gas heating & water - heating is controlled via thermostat. Electric shower, oven and induction hob.

Kitchen/diner/lounge: Open plan and large customisable space, I also have a desk where I work from home which is very doable.
Furniture supplied: White desk, 2x white coffee tables, TV stand, sofa bed, 2 cushions, white goods. All other furniture/goods in photos are personal - absences to note re microwave and chairs, but landlord can supply these if necessary.

Bathroom: Super modern, nice and clean feeling, cabinet under the sink for storage, built-in shelf in the shower and large heated towel rack.

Bedroom: Really lovely to sleep in, cosy without feeling small. Bed base is solid and on wheels, makes cleaning super easy.
Furniture supplied: Bed, headboard + mattress (super comfy!), wardrobe and chest of drawers.
