Looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a flat in Cathays, Cardiff.
It is a 6 room flat with 4 other students currently living here, 3 boys, 2 girls who are super friendly and socialable.
The bedroom is large with a double bed, large wardrobe (which has a mini fridge inside), built in desk, drawers, shelves and a TV mounted to the wall at the end of the bed.
This flat has an excellent open plan kitchen living area with a large smart TV attached to the wall and 2 large sofas as apart of the living area. The kitchen is very modern and includes an island perfect for socialising and hosting friends with 3 bar stools. There is also 2 sinks and plenty of cupboard space.
Two modern showerooms, one with a large mirror and the other a smaller mirror, both have a shower cubical and toilet.
