A top floor (18th floor) corner room is available with amazing views over Cardiff's Civic Centre and park. The building is situated in the heart of the city centre, 5 minutes walk to Cardiff University and Students Union. 3 minutes walk to the centre of Cardiff shopping area. I booked the room with Vita private student accommodation, but my plans have changed and I will now be living with family in Cardiff, so I need someone to take over the contract.

The room is available from the first week of September 2022. It is a 44 week contract but this can be extended if needed.

The room is a classic plus, so is bigger than standard. Has a kitchen and en-suite bathroom. No roomates as is self contained. Lovely communal areas in the building. The building is brand new and has excellent facilities. All bills included and also a free breakfast every day. Overlooks Cardiff Museum and is only a very quick walk to the main halls at Cardiff University.
