My name's Kathleen and I am a primary school teacher looking for someone to re-sign my lease with me. I am an outgoing and positive person, I move to Cardiff to do my PGCE and decided to stay for the past few years. I love travelling, binging Netflix, going out for drinks on a patio, games nights, yoga and hiking, and I am a sucker for a good sunset or view.

I'm looking for either a young professional to re-sign my lease with me. I would like someone clean, who has similar interests and mindset as me, and someone who is outgoing.

The apartment is a two bed two bath with private parking in the city centre. It is furnished and modern as well as a quiet building (you don't hear any street noise unless the windows are open) and it is very secure for the centre of town. As well, there is a laundry room with storage.

We would be re-signing through the agency for a one-year lease so you would have to pass the referencing process of the agency (a guarantor may be required). The agency for the flat is really great super professional and I've never had a problem with them.
