I'm a student at Cardiff University and I'm hoping someone will take over my room as I'm going elsewhere during this summer.

This is a room in a students apartment called Glendower House. The contract will go through the official. 「Sublease requires full payment」
I will sublease it from now to September 1st.

Standard Studio, fourth floor, independent bathroom, independent kitchen, bed size is 122x190(cm), the room is about 18-19 square meters.

The original price is 180£/week, and I can cut it to 155£/week. If you are interested, we can discuss further. Not considering shortening the lease term .

The room is fully furnished and has fast internet. There is a microwave, oven and refrigerator.

I can leave you with my kettle, fan, pan, my small washing machine and cooking pot if needed. The apartment is fully equipped, with paid laundry room, gym and so on.

Located close to the city center, this location is very convenient.
