I’m an older student at the Royal Welsh College, my course is pretty intense being full-time with no half-terms so this is primarily a place for me to rest my head but a home nonetheless. I love to socialise when I have the time but I am very much past the new student phase and I’m conscious of other peoples’ lives/schedules. I’m a tidy person because for me everything starts from home, although I fully understand that life can sometimes be stressful. I love character and am very much open to collaborating in terms of decoration, definitely looking to put a few plants, pictures and rugs around!

It’s a minimum 12-month tenancy starting 25th July, I’ll most likely renew for my final year as the flat is such a steal, passed down from graduates leaving the city.
