It is situated between Senghenydd Road and Salisbury Road. An almost perfect spot!

We specialise in postgraduate and mature student houseshares and Paddy has been renting to students in Cardiff since before the Vietnam War (!)

I deal directly with all of our tenants andI start advertising my properties in early July every year. I choose my people very carefully with the aim of making each household work well.
This takes me a lot of time and I deal with every prospective tenant individually.

We have high expectations of our tenants regarding cleanliness, sharing, sociability, team playing and taking responsibility.

22 GLynrhondda Street is 3 storey, has 6 large bedrooms, 3 toilets and two showers.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washer, dryer, fridges and freezers and plenty pf cupboard space.
There is a big dining room and an old school Victorian front lounge.

Rent is £395 per person per month. The contact is joint and all bills are shared and organised between the housemates. NB its a warm and bright house!
