We are one male human, one female human and one female chameleon. We are interested in lots of things between us, including food, books, science, cycling, coffee, films, music.

We have plenty of communal space downstairs (front room, middle room, dining room, kitchen and garden) so we're not always in each other's pockets. As well as the three main bedrooms, we have a little single room at the back of the house for guests. We are largely vegetarian and try to live 'low impact'. We each have a bike so there will be space for yours too. There is on-road parking with residents' bays and you can apply for a permit.

After six years calling the place 'home', one of us is moving out and into their own flat. It is the attic bedroom that is available, an interestingly-shaped space, with an additional loft area behind a small door that you can use for storage. Two Velux windows let in the light and you can see over the back of the house, lanes and the helicopters coming into the hospital. The windows have black-out blinds.

Bills come to about £120 per month, each. We try to keep things tidy and cleaning is important to keep things looking nice, so please be someone who is prepared to do their bit. If this sounds like your kind of place, please get in touch and tell us something about yourself when you write.
