A double furnished room is available from 1st June-30th Sept 2022, in a recently renovated friendly house share near the Heath Hospital.

Bills are usually around £70each, including gas, electric, water, broadband, and tv.

The house has a shared lounge and large open plan kitchen/dining room. There is one bathroom, a downstairs toilet, and a good sized garden/patio for bbqs.

We are 3 Phd students at Cardiff University (2 girls, 1 boy), and a well behaved friendly cat.

Looking for a student (ideally post grad), or young professional if they’d be willing to pay full council tax. This room is only available for 4 months as one of our current housemates is home for summer.
