I am sadly leaving the property a the end of June, therefore need someone to replace my tenancy from July 1st. I currently live with 3 other girls:
one is 25 and works within the pharmaceutical industry, one is 23 and works within radio presenting and DJ'ing, and one is and works within young person counselling.
We all met through the house and have formed a good bond, we get on well and often get together for house outings. I would be looking for someone who would want to get on with their housemates the same way we do. We are all very busy with our personal lives but are sociable when we see each other, we like to keep a very tidy house which is helped by having a weekly cleaner included in the monthly rent.
Everyone in the house is very easy going, which makes it a perfect place to live for a base in Cardiff.

The room will be fully furnished, including a bed and wardrobe. The house has a shared living room, kitchen, a toilette and bathroom with a shower over the bath. The outside consists of a large patio, which is a perfect sun-trap in the summer. There is an abundance of free on-street parking outside the house.
