Hi! My flatmate is moving on so I'm looking for someone to move in. There are two bedrooms in the flat, and I'm happy to let you choose which one you'd like! Third floor with 2 lifts in the building - fully accessible.

Room 1 is a large double with an ensuite bathroom, with shower at £725 a month.

Room 2 is a medium double at £650 a month.

Both rooms come with wardrobes and chests of drawers, but no bed. Part-furnished.

The flat also has a big and airy living room, a clean and well-ventilated kitchen and another bathroom with a bath. Access to a roof terrace, and a covered parking space in a gated car park. We also have a lovely concierge and a gym!

The living room has a sofa, some book cases and a TV stand and TV (firestick including Netflix, Disney+, etc). Fast broadband already installed, it's been up and running for two years.

Less than a minute's walk from Ruislip Station for the Piccadilly and Metropolitan lines. 35 minutes on the tube from Euston. Bus stop is right outside the building too.

High street just outside the front door has a Tesco, Co op, Sainsburys, Waitrose, Wimpy, McDonalds, KFC and more!
